Auroras by Aurora Dora takes viewers on a magical journey to experience the Aurora Borealis across the Alaskan skies. ‘Auroras’ is a non-narrative time-lapse film that presents the Northern Lights dancing through music. It is composed of over 48,000 still images photographed in Southcentral Alaska, between Talkeetna and Denali State Park. Auroras is a magical journey through the colorful displays of Earth’s northern lights.

This is a work of passion for Aurora Dora, who spent many winters, countless long nights, and subzero temperatures capturing the beauty of the night sky, and years selecting and combining images and music to create this time-lapse film
